Welcome to TRYMYWEBSITES™. By engaging with our services, visiting our website, or entering into a contract with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

• We provide web design, web development, digital marketing, and related IT services as agreed in the proposal or contract.
• Any additional work requested beyond the initial scope will be subject to extra charges and may require a revised agreement.

2. Quotations & Payments

• All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A minimum advance payment (typically 50% of the project cost) is required to begin work.
• Final payment must be made upon project completion and before website handover, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payments must be made via approved methods (Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque, or other agreed channels).

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all content supplied does not infringe copyright, trademark, or any third-party rights.
• Delays in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.

4. Revisions & Modifications

• Minor revisions are included as per the agreed scope.
• Significant design or functional changes outside the approved scope will incur additional charges.

5. Delivery & Acceptance

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client delays, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Once the final project is delivered, the Client has 7 days to review and request changes. If no response is received, the project will be considered accepted.

6. Hosting & Domain

• Hosting and domain services are billed separately unless explicitly included in the agreement.
• We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or technical issues arising from third-party hosting providers.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights for designs, code, and content remain with the Company until full payment is received.
• After final payment, ownership of the developed website is transferred to the Client (excluding third-party plugins, licensed tools, or proprietary frameworks).

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized persons.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide error-free and secure websites; however, we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, hosting providers, or user misuse.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
• In case of termination, the Client must pay for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any major changes.
